Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services Vacancy for Field Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Admin/Finance Officer
VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS),a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Education, Nutrition, Climate change, Food security, Livelihood and WASH since 2005 in Lumbini Provinces of Nepal. KIDS is going to implement Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS)(Nutrition and WASH) and Sponsorship communication project inpartnership with Plan International Nepalat Bijay Nagar Rural Municipality Kapilvastu District.
Connecting to this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:
Project Coordinator-1
Duty Station: KIDS Central Office, Taulihawa, Kapilvastu with 80% field visit in program area
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree with at least 2 year working experience in Health/ Nutrition/ WASH, preference will be given to Public Health.
- Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English and Nepali both verbal and written. Awadhi language is preferable.
- Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge and skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall planning and execution of project, ensuring financial compliance;
- Monitoring and Supervision of project team;
- Documentation and reporting of the processes, outputs and outcomes with quality assurance of data; Develop periodic progress and programmatic reports;
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders, both at District & Local level
Admin/Finance Officer-1
Duty Station: KIDS Central office, Taulihawa , Kapilvastu
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Studies/commerce and 1 years working experience as Admin & Finance in NGO.
- Skills on MS Office and FAMAS accounting software.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall project accounting system
- Preparation of Financial reports and submission on time;
- Manage the overall organizational administrative activities, including support to program team and KIDS management;
- Guide to overall logistic management for the project;
- Support to different types of audit function
Field Supervisor-2 ( Sponsorship Communication-1 and WASH and Nutrition program- 1)
Duty Station: Bijay Nagar rural municipality Kapilvastu
Required qualifications and experience:
- HA/ Staff Nurse or 10+2 with Minimum two years of experience in community mobilization specially WASH/ Nutrition/ Sponsorship communication.
- Good interpersonal, networking and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and mapping of potential area/geographic location/groups to reach targeted audience of the project;
- Advocate for improved services, for WASH and Nutrition Services.
- Conduct different community events and group sessions.
- Conduct awareness activities/events.
- Distribute IEC/BCC materials and promotional materials as per mandate of the project.
- Share success stories and learnings with the PC.
- Share good practices, learnings, and success stories with municipal and ward-level stakeholders. Prepare and submit progress reports to supervisor
