Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL), a leading national and internationally award-winning development bank in Nepal, with its central office in Butwal – Kalikanagar, Rupandehi, is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the job position detailed below:

1. Trainee Assistant (Few) – Branches across the Country

• Age not exceeding 28 years as on vacancy deadline.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any stream of Management from a recognized university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity.

 Other Information

• Transcript and Equivalent Document of the education qualification in case of degree acquired from foreign university are must to apply for this position.
• The selection process shall involve Written Examination, Group Discussion and Interview.
