Admin and Finance Manager

Location : Pokhara, Nepal
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Salary : Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide strategic financial input to the leadership team.
  •  Develop, monitor, and manage project-specific budgets
  •  Track and report expenses against approved budgets.
  •  Ensure compliance of financial transactions with donor agreements, government regulations, and UniCoN’s policies.
  •  Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  •  Oversee administrative operations to ensure office efficiency and functionality.

Qualifications:

  •  Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting.
  •  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably within an I/NGO.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing multi-donor-funded programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and financial software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
