Recruitment Officer
Job Description:
Develop & execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing agents. Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the current & future agency needs Manage the onboarding process to ensure new agents are well-integrated into the company culture and process. Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve the hiring process
Job Specification:
Education: Bachelors in Management or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the insurance or Financial Sector
Branch Manager (Few, All Province)
Job Description:
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the operations and activities of the assigned branch. Their primary role is to ensure the branch achieves its targets and completes assigned tasks in collaboration with the branch, sub-branch, and central departments. This including coordination with functional areas, along with strict adherence to company policies, guidelines, circulars, and department instructions
Job Separation:
Education: Bachelors degree in Management
