Job Summary:

The Officer RBC Marketing will be responsible for enhancing and promoting the Bank's remittance business. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to identify and capitalize on remittance business opportunities across multiple nations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase remittance volumes and enhance the Bank’s position in the market.

• Identify and establish partnerships to expand the Bank’s reach in the remittance sector.

• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the remittance business.

• Negotiate and secure agreements to drive business growth, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships with partners and clients.

Required Job Knowledge and Competencies:

• Develop and implement strategies to boost remittance volumes.

• Identify and build partnerships to expand the Bank's presence in the remittance market.

• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the remittance sector.

• Negotiate and secure agreements to support business growth.

• Proficient knowledge of the fintech industry and a strong understanding of the digital financial landscape.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Pleasant, outgoing personality with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in negotiations and sales.

• Proven track record of achieving results in marketing and business development.

Prerequisites for applying:

• Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 2nd Division in Bachelors’ Degree (Masters’ Degree or equivalent is preferred) in Management or related field

• Age not exceeding 40 years as of 29th January 2025.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in either of international business/correspondent banking, payments or remittance services at a mid-managerial role

Other Eligibility Criteria:

• In case of any educational qualification from foreign Universities /institutions, equivalence certificate from competent authority of Nepal is a must.

• Candidate applying for any above position must be willing to work anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank's requirement.

All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English language and be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications. Candidates are expected to have smart and pleasant personality, be articulate with superior interpersonal skills and desire to excel. The candidates must have positive attitude and be a team player but be able to work independently and take initiatives.
