JOB DESCRIPTION- Sr. HR Officer
S/He will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Develop HR strategies, manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, training development, and overall employee well-being. This role will also be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work culture while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, Staffing and Exit management:
Draft and update job descriptions for vacant position within the organization
Revise and update the job description as per the requirement.
Anchoring the internship program in KOSHISH
Organize official induction in the beginning and exit interview during conclusion of contract.
Performance Planning and Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems in close coordination with all the units in the organization.
Coordinate the performance review process and assist in addressing performance issues.
Preparing the annual staff development calendar including the training and capacity building plan
Organize the annual organizational events for planning, review, reflection and training events
Payroll Management:
Monitor staff attendance on a regular basis and provide needful information to the admin and finance unit for payroll processing.
Training and Development:
Organize organizational employee skill development programs.
HR Administration and Grievance Handling:
Management of staff and consultant data for the official purpose for assisting the staff management and decision-making process and update it periodically.
Assist the organization on recruiting, mentoring, placement, reviewing, promotion and termination of the staff based on policies and competency-based evaluation.
Handle complaints of employees and present to the supervisor whenever necessary.
Establish a cordial and effective relationship among all the staff and resolve the conflict amicably.
Maintain the leave record of all employees.
Coordinating and assisting in the consultant hiring process and finalization of the MOU with the standard terms and conditions in line with policies.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Orient all the KOSHISH's staff on existing organizational policies and procedures on systems and processes.
Ensure staff compliance with existing policies including Human Resource Management Guideline
Keeping all the policies of the organization in place and tracking its effective implementation in the organization
Lead in developing the policies implementation guidelines.
Salary: Negotiable as per competence and experience.
