Helen Keller International Vacancy for Support Staff

Helen Keller International, an International non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. Applications are invited from interested, committed, dynamic team players and experienced Nepali nationals for the following position:

Support Staff- 1 no based in Madhesh Province

Summary of Job Purpose: The support staff will be responsible for opening the office, cleaning all areas regularly, and keeping office appliances tidy.
Hospitality tasks involve serving tea/coffee and ensuring water is available. Duties also include collecting and delivering mail, assisting with financial deliveries, supporting workshops and
meetings, packing and labeling materials, operating photocopiers, and washing office linens. Additional tasks are assigned by the line manager.

Educational qualifications and experience: The candidate should have at least a high school education (SLC) and 1-2 years of administrative experience.
Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment are essential. S/he should be resourceful, organized, energetic, and able to work with diverse personalities
