PHASE Nepal is a non-governmental, organization established in 2006 with a vision to build a self-empowered and self-sustained society where all kinds of discrimination are absent. PHASE Nepal’s health, education, livelihoods, research and strengthening the concept of independent living projects are currently running across various rural communities in Nepal. PHASE Nepal is currently looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
1. Position: Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)- Few
Duty Station: PHASE Nepal project locations in Humla, Mugu and Bajura districts
Qualification & Experiences: The candidate must have completed an ANM course and be registered with the Nepal Nursing Council, with at least 2 years of experience in community health programs, particularly in government or independent health posts. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Nepali language, adaptability to remote locations, and a willingness to learn local languages for effective communication are essential. The ability to promote healthy lifestyles, improve sanitation, and confidently share project information with communities is required. Candidates with SBA training and delivery experience, along with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset, will be prioritized.
Salary & Benefits: NRs (Gross Per Month)
2. Position: Education Supervisor - (1)
Duty Station: PHASE Nepal project locations in Humla, Mugu and Bajura districts
Qualification & Experiences: The candidate must have completed Bachelor Degree in related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent written and verbal communication in both Nepali and English language, adaptability to remote locations, and a willingness to learn local languages for effective communication are essential. The key responsibilities of this role include setting annual targets, delivering creative classes, and managing teaching resources to support the school’s strategic goals. The candidate is also expected to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, and build strong learning relationships between the school, home and community.

3. Position: Health Supervisor (Few)
Duty Station: PHASE Nepal project locations in Humla, Mugu and Bajura districts
Qualification & Experiences: The candidate must have completed HA/Staff Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in primary healthcare services in remote areas of Nepal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali language, adaptability to remote locations, and a willingness to learn local languages for effective communication are essential. The role involves managing the performance and delivery of field health projects across various districts in Nepal, aiming to improve the clinical and managerial operations of PHASE Nepal’s health programs. The post holder must demonstrate strong clinical skills in primary healthcare, expertise in community mobilization for health awareness, and effective staff management capabilities.
Salary & Benefits: NRs (Gross Per Month)
Note: The food and field allowances may vary based on the designated workstation.
Insurance Benefits:
We will provide Accidental Insurance of NRs. 2,000,000/- for staff member and Medical Insurance of NRs. 2,25,000/- that covers the employee and his/her up to 2 dependent family members
