IME Life Insurance Company Limited Vacancy for Branch/Sub-Branch Managers

FOR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE KATHMANDU VALLEY (FEW)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree will be eligible for selection. Work experience in the field of life insurance sales, banking, micro finance institution, cooperatives and sales management will be given preference
• Age between 23 to 33 years
• Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of office administrative work

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing branch-specific strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Leading, developing and mobilizing the team of agents towards achieving the branches sales target
• Identifying and seizing market opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies
