Community Family Welfare Association (CFWA) is a not for profit-making national NGO working since 1996. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups with special focus on Children, young women, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups. CFWA with the partnership of One Heart Worldwide is going to implement “Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with the Local Government in Dhanusha ” from 2025. CFWA hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:
Project Coordinator – 1 (One)
Project Coordinator leads the overall management of OHW supported MNH projects in the district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with District Coordinator – OHW. This position is responsible to provide overall programmatic and financial management support in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities of his/her district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with the OHW District Coordinator.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Public Health with one year of previous experience in a related field or bachelor’s degree in Public Health with four years of previous experience in a related field.
Duty Station: District Headquarters with 70% field visit
Admin Finance Officer – 1 (One)
This position is responsible for the financial management, office administration and logistics management of the OHW supported MNH project.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent having minimum 2 years of work experience in finance, administration and logistics.
Duty Station: District Headquarters with 30% field visit
Field Officer – 1 (One)
This position is responsible to provide technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in planning and implementing MNH program activities, and conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH status assessment, planning and monitoring at the facility and community level.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Public Health (BPH) with preferred experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields
Duty Station: District Headquarters with a minimum of 70% field visits
Field Officer – Clinical – 1 (One)
This position is responsible to provide technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning, conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH, assessment, planning and follow-ups of MNH services at the facility and community level.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Staff Nurse degree with two years’ work experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields
Duty Station: District Headquarters with a minimum of 70% field visits
