CEO’s Office: Officer / Junior Officer (1)

Location: Head Office

Job Specification:

• This position is responsible for managing CEO’s schedule and strategic priorities, supports the CEO with data driven insights and analysis, prepares analytical reports and presentations for the CEO.
• Conducts research on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities, develop strategic recommendations for business growth and improvement ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• ACCA / Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized University with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Experience:

• Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in Banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank).

Age: Criteria:

• Managerial Level: Age not less than 25 years
• Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 35 years
• Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years
