Himalayan Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Himalayan Bank Ltd., and operating merchant banking
business licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) is seeking for a dynamic, and self-motivated
individual for Financial Reporting, Accounts, and Reconciliations Function of the organization.

Skills, Education and Work Experience Requirements
Educational and professional qualification
Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in the field of commerce, finance, or management
Skills
Working knowledge in Accounts and Financial Reporting
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (primarily in Word and Excel) is a must
Working knowledge in accounting software
Creative problem solving and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Creating accounting entries for daily transactions, incomes, expenses of the organizations, in order to keep the accounts up to date.
Ensure budgetary compliance of the expenses and procurement of the organization.
Maintaining and ensuring adequate documentation to support accounting entries.
Preparation of periodic reconciliation of bank and other accounts.
Preparation of internal memorandums to seek authorized approval, prior to execution and settlement of transactions.
Review, track, and ensure service delivery and payment of procurement and service contracts executed by the organization.
Performing any other functions or roles as required by the finance/administration department or as required by the In-charge, Head of Finance and
Administration Function/ COO or CEO.
