Position Summary

This Position is responsible for overal smooth operations of Branch. Main Goal of this position is to make branch a profit center.

Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

• Lead and manage the branch office to achieve sales targets and given assignments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Agents and customer base.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to enhance their knowledge & skills.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to communicate sales targets, product updates, and best practices.
• Monitor sales activities, track key performance metrics, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing the insurance industry.
