Samridha Commune Development Center Vacancy for Program Assistant

The Samridha Commune Development Center is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team for an impactful project titled "Green Youth Entrepreneurship for Active Citizen" in Devdaha Municipality, Rupandehi District, South Western Nepal. This 18-month project aims to empower youth, foster green entrepreneurship, and engage communities in sustainable development. Program Assistant- 1

Location: Devdaha Municipality, Rupandehi District, South Western Nepal

Duration: 18 Months

Education: Bachelor’s Running in any Discipline

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a project support role or internship experience in project

management.

• Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
• Proven experience in-group facilitation.

Skills:

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Coordinator in planning and executing projects.
• Maintain project documentation and track project progress.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Provide support in project reporting and communication with stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time hours that may vary week by week.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic project environment.
