The Samridha Commune Development Center is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team for an impactful project titled "Green Youth Entrepreneurship for Active Citizen" in Devdaha Municipality, Rupandehi District, South Western Nepal. This 18-month project aims to empower youth, foster green entrepreneurship, and engage communities in sustainable development. Program Coordinator -1
Location: Devdaha Municipality, Rupandehi District, South Western Nepal
Duration: 18 Months
Academic Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Proven experience with group facilitation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
