The Samridha Commune Development Center is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team for an impactful project titled "Green Youth Entrepreneurship for Active Citizen" in Devdaha Municipality, Rupandehi District, South Western Nepal. This 18-month project aims to empower youth, foster green entrepreneurship, and engage communities in sustainable development. Finance Assistant-1

Location: Devdaha Municipality, Rupandehi District,

Duration: 18 Months

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor running in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role or internship experience in financial management.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial management tools.
  • Proven experience in budget tracking and financial reporting.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Support the Project Coordinator in budget tracking and financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including part-time hours that may vary week by week.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic project environment.
