Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal Vacancy for Rehabilitation Lead

The Gurkha Welfare Trust Nepal (GWT(N)) invites applications from suitably qualified and interested external applicants for the post of Rehabilitation Lead based in Headquarters, Pokhara.

The GWT(N) Rehabilitation Lead is responsible for leading a team of 15 Rehabilitation Therapists based in 9 GWT centres throughout Nepal (including two residential homes with in-patient rehablitation facilities), and one in Darjeeling.  

The role is intended to ensure the highest quality in all GWT-N rehabilitation services, including monitoring of clinical care, taking responsibility for clinical training and performance management, developing services, providing feedback and guidance to the GWT-N CRTs and medical management team, and working with external providers to enhance GWT-N rehabilitation services. 

The position falls in EG6 of our pay structure and will receive a basic monthly salary of NPR 173,559. All other benefits and facilities will be provided as per GWT(N) SI. The job is offered for 3 years initially and may be extended on the basis of need and performance.
