Vacancy Announcement:
Tukee Foundation is a not for profit making organization registered in Kathmandu, Nepal dedicated to support women (specially focusing on single mothers), children and people with disabilities in the various sectors including housing, education, and water supply and sanitation (WASH).
We have a small and collaborative team that utilizes our resources effectively to create transformational impact for the families we serve. We are seeking passionate, highly-skilled, and dedicated team members for various positions.
Social Media Handling and Content Creator
Job Location: Kathmandu
Work Schedule: Part time
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos.
Monitor social media including website to update our Organization
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with NGO and INGOs to make positive change in the Community.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
Design eye-catching graphics, images, and videos for use on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Assist in the creation of written content for social media posts, including captions and hashtags
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for organizations.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in developing content strategies for social media
Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Strong writing and editing abilities including Nepali typing
Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
10+2 or Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, social science or a related field.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media marketplace content
At least one year of experience in social media management.
Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) a plus.
