Nepal Rastra Bank licensed this institution to operate in the hilly districts of Koshi Province and the districts of Bagmati Province. Position: Branch Manager (Senior Assistant to Junior Officer)

• For the officer category, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of work experience in microfinance as a branch manager or in a supervisory role is required.

• For the assistant category, a Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience in microfinance is required.

Required Qualification/Experience:

• For the Junior Assistant position, a Proficiency Certificate level or SEE or equivalent with at least 1 year of work experience in microfinance is required.

• For the Junior Assistant Trainee position, a Proficiency Certificate level or SEE or equivalent is required.

Additional Information:

1. Age Limit: For the officer category, the age must be between 21 and 40 years; for the assistant category, the age must be between 18 and 35 years. The upper age limit for female candidates will be increased by 5 years.

2. Knowledge: Applicants must have knowledge of email, internet, and computer operations.

3. Preference: Local applicants from within the institution's approved working area will be given preference.

4. Special Priority: Candidates with a motorcycle/scooter driving license will be given special priority.
