Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, one of the pioneer investment banking and investment management service providers of Nepal is seeking pro-active, dynamic and result-oriented skilled Nepalese professional having the following qualification:
A. Chartered Accountant (CA):

Major Requirements:
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant Degree
- Experience:
- Having CA Degree: At least 3 year's experience in Finance or Auditing of Capital Market, Banking or related sector or,
- Having CA with Master's Degree: At least 2 year's experience in Finance or Auditing of Capital Market, Banking or related sector.
- Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, should be familiar with NFRS and prevailing accounting practices in line with Nepalese accounting system, attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- B. Master of Laws (LLM):
No. of vacancy: 1
Position: Officer Level

Major Requirements:
- Qualification: Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized university in Law.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in Capital Market, Banking or related sector.
- Proficiency: Profound legal background, familiar with legal practices in Nepalese Capital Market or any other Banking and Financial Institutions, support in overall legal strategies work Capital Market, strong legal research and analytical skills, including the capacity to analyze complex legal issues and communicate them clearly and effectively.
Other Requirements for both positions:
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of the application deadline.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, leadership and decision making skill complemented by a strategic thinking aptitude.
