Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, with its central office at Gaindakot Municipality Ward No. 2, Kaligandaki Chowk, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), is a financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank under the "D" category.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• For Manager: Postgraduate in any subject / passed ACCA with at least 3 years of work experience in the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions, or graduated and with at least 5 years of work experience in the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions, or passed CA with experience working in banks and financial institutions.

• For Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager: Passed CA or ACCA or postgraduate in any subject with at least 2 years of work experience in the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions, or graduated with at least 4 years of work experience in the officer level in banks and financial institutions or government or semi-government institutions.

• Special preference will be given to those who have worked as departmental heads or have relevant experience in the finance department, monitoring and supervision department, and internal audit department.

Age Limit:

• For managerial category, must be at least 21 years old and not exceeding 55 years (as of the last date of application). (For women, the age limit will be extended by five years).

Nature of Work:

• The managerial category will handle the overall financial transactions, business expansion, administrative work, institutional governance, employee management, policy formulation, and implementation of the financial institution. Appointment will be made on probation as per the rules of the financial institution.

Type of Examination: Oral interview.
