Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank under the “D” category. Currently, it operates microfinance programs through 135 branch offices in 53 districts across all seven provinces of Nepal. Therefore, applications are invited from interested and eligible Nepali citizens for the following positions.

Vacancy Details:
1. Assistant General Manager (Managerial)
Required Number: 1
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized educational institution.
CA/ACCA/CPA/Semi-Qualified CA.
10 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution.
2. Senior Manager (Managerial)
Required Number: 1
Minimum Qualification:
Master's degree in Business Administration from a recognized educational institution.
10 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution with managerial responsibility.
3. Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer/Junior Officer (Officer)
Required Number: Several
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized educational institution.
5 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution with the responsibility of Officer level or IPCC Level (Semi Qualified CA) and 2 years of work experience.
Priority will be given to candidates with CAP-II/Semi Qualified CA certification.
4 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution.
4. Senior Officer/Officer (Information Technology) (Officer)
Required Number: Several
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a recognized educational institution.
3 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution.
Knowledge of SQL/MYSQL database, Networking, System Analysis and Design, Project Management, Cyber Security, and Graphic Designing.
5. Supervisor/Junior Assistant (Assistant)
Required Number: Several
Minimum Qualification:
Certificate level or 10+2 in management with supervisory experience and 3 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in microfinance financial institutions.
6. Assistant (Assistant)
Required Number: Several
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized educational institution.
1 year of work experience in a microfinance financial institution with officer responsibility.
Additional Information:
Good knowledge of email, the internet, and computer operations is required for all positions mentioned above.
Age limit: For managerial positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 50 years. For officer-level positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years. For assistant-level positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years. For women, the age limit is extended by 5 years.
Applicants with educational certificates from institutions outside Nepal must submit equivalence certificates.
