Skills and Knowledge:

1. Any bachelor’s or diploma degree with experience in the relevant sector.

2. 3-4 years of experience in managing FTTH network operations, including new expansions and maintenance.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a technical team.

4. Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements in the ISP/telecom industry.

5. Familiarity with operational IT tools, including MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

6. Ability to travel within the region as needed.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of the overall field operations for the Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network in the designated region.

2. Oversee new network expansion initiatives and ensure the maintenance of the existing network.

3. Manage and mobilize regional resources according to operational needs, ensuring optimal utilization for FTTH network activities.

4. Ensure strict adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements in FTTH network operations within the region.

5. Collaborate closely with central and regional departments to facilitate seamless business expansion initiatives.

6. Maintain effective communication channels within the team, clients, and local bodies involved in FTTH network operations.

7. Address and resolve regional issues promptly, fostering a proactive approach to network operation challenges.
