Currently Sahara Nepal is seeking qualified professional for the position of project Manager for “Strengthening Livelihood and Community Resilience through the promotion of Nutrition-sensitive food production of Neglected and Underutilized Crop Species (NUCS)” project in Udaypur district and in partnership with ACF Nepal.

Job Description
Accountable for overall project cycle management
Prepare and ensure proper implementation of Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP)
Responsible for Stakeholder engagement and management
Identify the risks, assess them and implement mitigation measures
Act in compliance management of the project
Carry out the baseline and endline KAP surveys of the beneficiaries along with public audit of the program
Ensure the quality of deliverables with proper procurement process with Admin and Finance officer,
Share achievements, learning and challenges and manage the outcomes.
Eligibility:
Minimum Master’s Degree preferably in Food Technology and Nutrition, Environment or Agriculture or equivalent and at least 3 years experience in project management related to agriculture, food security and livelihood.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Ability to develop training manuals and curriculum, and conduct training on vegetable farming.
Sound knowledge on agriculture market and market system.
Competent on running computerized statistical and Office software
Proficient in report writing, documentation and Presentation
Good interpersonal and communication and linguistic skills
