Position: Admin/HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out functions related to day-to-day office management and administration.

• Prepare and properly file the required administrative documents.

• Maintain good relationships with vendors; visit markets and vendors to collect administrative documents.

• Maintain and update files, leave records, attendance sheets, and monthly time sheets for all project staff on a monthly basis.

• Visit various government and non-government offices for administrative purposes as needed.

• Take the lead in arranging the repair and maintenance of office buildings and equipment, including computers, printers.

• Maintain office inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.

• Maintain and update the stock book and inventory coding of fixed assets and office supplies in consultation with the procurement team.

• Assist in organizing logistics for events such as meetings, interactions, workshops, and other necessary events.

• Carry out any other operations and HR tasks assigned by the Admin & Finance Coordinator and Management of the organization.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Intermediate or +2 completed with at least one year of experience in the NGO sector or, in a similar position or working area.

• Supportive and friendly, capable of performing any organizational work as needed.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.

• Should be service-oriented, eager and quick to listen and learn, with attention to detail.

• Strong personal commitment to continuous learning and improvement of knowledge and skills.
