1. Province Head - Kathmandu Valley, Lumbini & Karnali
This position entails to specifically look into the overall function in the respective province/region. S/he will be responsible for formulating guiding and supervising business and activities. S/he will directly report to management on the business plans and progress.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) of formal education.

• At least 10 years of marketing experience in marketing with 5 years in insurance industry

• Prior engagement in similar position with proven track record would be an advantage.

• Well acquainted with the directives of the statutory body and life insurance products.

• Experienced in training and corporate culture.

• Strong leadership and business sense communicate, motivate and guide the team members.

• Valid driving license

• Age not exceeding 50 years of age.

2. Area Branch Managers / Branch Managers / Sales Executives
Positions are available in the following locations:

Bagmati Province: Kathmandu Valley, Panchkhal, Banepa, Sindhuli, Manthali, Chautara, Hetauda
Gandaki Province: Kawasoti, Anbu Khaireni, Dulegaunda, Gorkha, Sundarbazar, Besisahar, Pokhara, Syangja, Baglung, Beni, Burtibang
Lumbini Province: Tulshipur, Ghorahi, Bhurigaon, Bhumahi, Devdaha, Chandrauta, Jeetpur (Kapilvastu), Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Rampur (Palpa), Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of formal education.

• At least 5 years of work experience marketing and sales.

• Experience in insurance sector would be an advantage

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Well-versed with usage of modern digital platforms.rms

• Having driving license

3. Compliance Officer - Kathmandu

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Insurance, Management, Economics, or Law from recognized university

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal regulations and industry-specific guidelines

4. Finance Department - Kathmandu

Key Requirements:

• CAP II (3 years of articleship), Bachelor's degree

• Prior work experience in similar position.

• Well versed in usage of MS-Office and software application.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management

• Working Knowledge in recording financial transactions, bank reconciliation, tax, and VAT

• Well versed in usage of MS-Office and software application.
