Assistant Trainee (Assistant Business Analyst)

Preferred Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with theoretical knowledge in banking, fintech industry, mobile digital payment solutions and mobile financial solutions (MFS).
Requirements:
Technical background with an understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical aspects of digital wallet systems and solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvements.
Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
Draft technical documents, product paper, case studies and reports based on the provided data and as per instructions by Team Lead.
Perform UAT and other App related testing whenever required.
Prepare user journey flows, process flow, functional specification documents and business cases in reference to technical feasibility and customer care efficiency.
Liaise between IT department and Business Department time and again to decipher and simply technical jargons to the team members.
Perform research, feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis of the campaigns, required services and modules.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to support company’s core objectives and achieve milestones and other tasks as per instructions of Team Lead.
Assist in various platform development and provide support.
Liaise with other departments to ensure proper functioning of the entire work process
Liaise with partners, marketing team, out-sourced companies to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and products.
Research, design, implement, and manage systems as per instruction by Team Lead
Strictly follow company’s policies and regulatory Policies/Standards/Guidelines
Report all the activities and tasks to Team Lead
