• Provide Agent Support

• Monitor Agent Activities

• Coordination with different entity related to service operation

• Assist in recruitment activities.

• Monitor Call Centre Operation

• Facilitate Customer Verification Support

• Monitor inventory and place supply orders for the department

• Ensure daily operations of the organization is working smoothly

• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
