ViN seeks a dedicated Youth Empowerment Trainer to join our team in Nishankhe, Okhaldhuga!

In this exciting role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young people aged 16-30. You’ll design and deliver life skills training programs, organise engaging workshops, and mentor participants on their personal and professional success journey.

Here’s what you’ll do:

· Design and deliver impactful life skills training programs focusing on communication, problem-solving, leadership, and critical thinking.

· Organise interactive workshops and activities that foster personal development and career readiness.

· Provide ongoing support and mentorship to young participants, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for them to thrive.

· Develop and deliver engaging English language classes, empowering youth to connect with the global community.

· Collaborate with international volunteers to create a diverse and enriching learning experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree Preferred) in Humanities, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

· Has 2-3 years of experience working with youth in educational, community development, or youth development settings.

· Possesses expertise in designing and delivering engaging training programs.

· Has strong facilitation and presentation skills.

· Can build rapport and trust with young people from diverse backgrounds.

· Boasts excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

· Demonstrates a proven ability to mentor and provide individual support.

· Is brimming with creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging activities and workshops.

· Is fluent in the local language and English (an advantage).
