Vacancy Announcement: 

Relief Nepal is a non-profit making, non-governmental, non-political, non-religious, social development organization of Sindhuli district. It has successfully implemented Livelihood, Child rights, WASH, Education and DRR projects in Sindhuli and invites applications from the interested and eligible Nepali citizens who have the ability to implement “ELEVATE: Equitable Learning Environments for All” project with quality and on time in partnership with Childaid Network Foundation.

Position: School Officer (Required No: 3)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in education, and minimum 3 years of work experience in school education.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Provide support to the project coordinator as needed with technical and administrative tasks. 

  • Perform assessments to collect essential data and information for project planning and implementation.

  • Support and guide Early Childhood Development (ECD) teachers in development of teaching materials and implementing daily classroom activities on regular basis.

  • Provide guidance and support to Rupantaran facilitators in creating teaching materials, organizing learning camps, assessing student needs, and preparing reports.

  • Monitoring the Rupantaran Groups and supporting Rupantaran facilitators in mobilizing Adolescents Girls and Boys.

  • Supervise and ensure day-to-day operations of tuition centers, identifying students who require attendance and maintaining accurate records of student attendance and tracking their progress and development.

  • Support the development of comprehensive project activity plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, aligning them with the project and implementation strategies.

  • Produce and submit periodic progress reports to the Project Coordinator that include valid and concise information.

  • Should have strong communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively represent the projects in diverse community settings, at schools, wards as well as rural municipality, to enhance communication, coordination, and collaboration with project partners, and stakeholders.
