Nepal-US Alumni Network (NUSAN) is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects of NUSAN by working closely with the Executive Committee, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in a relevant field.

  2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably working with development partners or with non-profit organizations.

  3. Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Proficient in project management tools and software.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Proficiency in English and Nepali languages.

  7. Good research and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of NUSAN projects and initiatives by closely working with the executive committee.

  2. Support in identifying funding and partnership opportunities, preparing grant proposals, and managing project budgets.

  3. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

  4. Coordinate the dissemination of information about NUSAN activities, achievements, and opportunities through various channels, including social media, website, and newsletters.

  5. Engage with NUSAN members, partners, and stakeholders to identify project opportunities and build collaborations.

  6. Assist in resource allocation and utilization, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools and support to achieve project objectives.

  7. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of NUSAN projects and initiatives.

  8. Work with the Project Associate to provide administrative support as needed.

Wages

Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
