Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Must have passed at least SLC/SEE, 10+2, or equivalent examination and willing to work in the microfinance sector. Preference will be given to those who know how to use a computer and have a motorcycle and motorcycle driver's license.

Age Limit: For Assistant Level completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years (for women, 5 years will be added)

Selection Process: For Assistant Level Field concept, and oral interview.
