Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science

• 3+ years of working experience in WordPress and Search Engine Optimization. 

• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.

• English and Nepali Language : Intermediate Level (written, reading, and spoken).

Job Description:

• Website Creation and Development:Proficient in website development languages such as WordPress, Search Engine Optimization, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Website Maintenance and Updates:Regularly update website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.

• Website Performance Optimization:Monitor website performance metrics such as loading speed, traffic, and user engagement.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).

• Website Security:Implement security measures to protect the website from cyber threats, such as malware, hacking attempts, and data breaches.

• Website Analytics and Reporting:Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.

• Content Management:Manage the organization and structure of website content, including creating new pages, categories, and navigation menus.

• Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and IT, to ensure the website aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

• Continuous Learning and Development:Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in web development, design, and digital marketing.
  

Note: Training will be provided in Search Engine Optimization to enhance skills in this area.
