Samridha Commune Development Center is seeking two qualified and dynamic individuals to serve as Project Coordinators for the intervention aimed at addressing the low quality of education in public schools within Bardaghat Municipality. This initiative focuses on improving learning outcomes, particularly for the most marginalized children.Project Title: Quality Education through Community Mobilization in Bardaghat

Location: Bardaghat Municipality, Nawalparasi District, South Western Nepal

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management or education.

2. Age between 30 and 40.

3. Leadership experience, preferably in teaching or other related jobs.

4. Proficient in accounting.

5. Good command of English.

6. Volunteer or membership experience in youth organizations, etc.

Personality Traits:

1. Open-minded and eager to learn.

2. Good listening skills and natural authority.

3. Strong planning abilities.

4. Proficient in reading and highly independent.
